We turned this 2 car garage into a separated gym and play room. We framed out the A/C closet as well as the divider wall to accommodate a double pocket door. We hung and finished all the drywall, installed 2 exterior french doors, the flooring, and trim. We also built a custom toy crate on the play room side. Right outside this renovation, we constructed a play area consisting of 2 separate mulch areas, a paved sitting area, a sandbox, a pebble walkway from the gate to the sandbox , and the play set (box set).

Full 3 Story Remodel in Celebration

This project was a complete home remodel. Carpet removed through out and replaced with more modern gray carpets in all of the bedrooms. All the common area flooring was taken out and replace with new, sleek tile. 1st floor standouts are the sliding doors that replaced the double doors leading into the office space and the modern kitchen with a big island at one height. 2nd floor standout would be the master bathroom. With a stand alone soaker tub being a focal point, with 2 niches on the wall directly behind for cleaning products or just to put some candles for soothing décor. 3rd floor standout would be the wall that was built with double doors installed in order to make another separate room. A/C had to be run in order to make it an official bedroom space.
